Below you will find the average delivery time for all of our shipments:

  • After placing your order, we require 1–3 business days to process it.
    On business days, this usually takes 1 day, while orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may require a little more time.
  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and delivery takes an average of 8–12 business days.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Elsa & Dore is designed to be as simple as possible.

First, go to the product page and add your selected item to your cart by clicking the black “Add to Cart” button.

Make sure you have selected the correct product options. If everything is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

On the information page, enter the correct address details. Please carefully check that all information is accurate. Once the form has been completed correctly, click “Continue to Shipping.”

Shipping

On the shipping page, you can review your address details once again. You will also see that every order is shipped completely free of charge.

As a gesture of appreciation to our customers, we always cover the cost of shipping and delivery.

Click “Continue to Payment” to proceed.

In the payment options, you can choose from several available payment methods.
